Our Christmas menu combines the best of seasonal Argyll produce with all the joy of traditional Christmas food.  For group bookings, the menus can be adapted to suit your requirements.

Christmas menu 2011: £39.50 per person

The price includes a glass of bubbly and canape

Starter

Roast turkey wontons with cranberry and chilli jam

Main Course

Confit duck leg and crisp fried breast with fondant potato, chestnut, brussel sprout and pancetta hash, sweet carrots and Marsala gravy

Pudding

Peach and Advocat crumble with Amaretti macaroons and vanilla ice cream

Starter

Chefs' recipe Chicken liver parfait with Talisker and thyme scents served with home-made oatcakes, small salad and fondant onions

Main Course

Turkey parcel stuffed with chestnut and bacon, chipolata patties, cranberry gravy and Brussels sprout and potato rosti

Pudding

"De-constructed" sherry trifle. Vanilla custard pannacotta, geniose sponge, caramel soaked mandarins, sherry syrup.
