These are two fantastic one-way cruises taking in the sheltered sea lochs and islands of the Firth of Clyde, more bracing cruising around the Mull of Kintyre to Gigha and the remote Islands and Inlets of the Firth of Lorn.

Typical cruise highlights

  • Anchor off the small islands of Scarba and Luing in the Sound of Luing. Go ashore to explore Scarba
  • Call in at Loch Crinan and go ashore to explore Kilmartin Glen which has 5000 years of human history and is said to be the birthplace of Scotland
  • Sail the Sound of Jura to the delightful small island of Gigha, known as “Gods Island” its beautiful bays and sandy beaches, clear green seas, amazing views, lochs, hillsides and gardens can all be explored by foot or cycle in a matter of hours.
  • Cruise West Loch Tarbert, one of the most scenic sea lochs in Argyll
  • Take in more bracing sailing round the Mull of Kintyre, calling in at Sanda Island and Campeltown where it is possible to visit two distilleries
  • Visit the Island of Arran and go ashore to explore the town of Arran with lots of local speciality products, visit Brodick Castle and Gardens or choose from several walks
  • Anchor in the sheltered and stunningly beautiful Kyles of Bute going ashore to explore the pretty fishing village of Tighnabruaich or walk the remote banks of Loch Riddon.
