OUR STAFF
Our aim is to ensure that all our customers get the best possible care while arranging their holiday with The Majestic Line. Our office in Sandbank on the Holy Loch near Dunoon is responsible for all our cruise operations on the West Coast of Scotland out of Holy Loch and out of Oban. A very important member of staff is Andrew Manwell, our Shore Manager who is responsible for ensuring all cruise operations go like clockwork and that guests get the personal attention that makes our cruises so special.
The Edinburgh Office in Melville Crescent is responsible for sales and marketing and is the main point of communication with our guests before and after their cruise. Our Sales Manager is Marie Thoms who is always happy to help you with any additional advice or information you may need and also delights in providing a very personal service to our guests.
The crew on board our vessels
Each vessel has four on-board crew; Skipper, Chef, Engineer and Bosun. The crew communicate closely with our guests for their comfort and enjoyment while on board and to get the best from onshore activities. Without doubt, the high standard of hospitality demonstrated by our crews is a major factor in the positive feedback from our guests and our high level of repeat business.
