I wanted to say a big thank you to you for all the way you handled our booking. You were both extremely efficient and very kind and made the whole process uncomplicated. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and hope to join another cruise some time next year. I am also thinking of chartering the whole boat for my 60th Birthday, which is not for another 9 years - no harm in forward planning! Anyway keep up the great work and many many thanks once again.

Dear Marie,
We have arrived back in Oz after a great 5 week trip through the UK. One of the highlights of our trip was the cruise on the Glen Massan and I would like to thank you and your staff for the professional and efficient manner in which you conducted all our arrangements. The cruise was great and all we had hoped for. Captain Martin was exceptionally approachable and informative and pitched in to help on all levels of the running of the vessel. The rest of the crew, Fiona, Alistair and our superb gourmet chef Andy were a delight and a credit to the Majestic Line. I feel that they went over and above their job specification with their friendliness and interest in our enjoyment of the cruise to ensure a smooth and memorable journey. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Majestic Line to any of my friends.

Dear Marie,
I'm now back home in London but the rest of the family are still in Scotland at various places .. seven of the nine of them will be making their way back over the next few weeks to their homes in South Africa. One thing all of us are agreed upon without hesitation, as you will see from our comments in the Visitors' Book on board 'Glen Massan', is that your company motto / slogan 'escape to another world' is totally appropriate : you gave us the holiday of a lifetime, and when I decided to celebrate my 70th birthday in the fabulous Highlands of Scotland with a whole boat family cruise with 'The Majestic Line' I made one of the very best decisions I've ever made about anything!
Everything went perfectly - even the occasional rain shower didn't matter when we were being looked after by a terrific crew : Martin, Alastair, Fiona, and Stephen couldn't do enough for us, always with a sense of humour and making us feel throughout that if we were happy then they were too. How were they able to know our first names within 5 minutes of our boarding? They almost seemed like members of the family themselves! It's impossible to say 'thank you' to you and to 'The Majestic Line' without a special mention of the food - it was just simply magnificent in variety, quality, and presentation! And the special birthday cake was a delight! So there are ten people, most of them living in South Africa, who will not only recommend you with enthusiasm to anyone who asks about a holiday with a real difference, but will be going out of their way to do so! We will be back!

Anchorages spectacular, interesting islands to visit, able to get some walking and sightseeing in plus wonderful deserted sandy beaches. Plenty of info from crew regarding geography and history. Everybody remarked about the choice and selection of food on offer. Real 5 star service. The anchorages were idyllic, chosen for the scenery and for providing calmness and peacefulness. Great having access to the wheelhouse, where Martin was very informative A very positive part of the cruise is when on shore the things you can do are varied and meet the different needs of the party. Something for everybody!! We enjoyed the availability of walks. Meals were of a very high standard. Enjoyed the use of local produce, especially the fish. They were more than willing to share their knowledge which made all the difference to the whole holiday experience, especially as we'd no previous knowledge of boats / cruising. The crew looked after us so well that we experienced withdrawal symptoms once we were back in "real"life! It was a real treat In a way we felt like pampered children - except not with parents telling one what to do, but with unobtrusive and ever smiling helpers! The only negative comment we can possibly make is this: we gained a kilo or two on the boat as the food was so delicious! And where else would you find a chef who pipes the words "eat me" in ketchup on a round of black pudding to encourage a guest at least to try some? Or a skipper who to the great surprise of the guests folds the most intricate napkins? These are typical examples of the friendly and personal service we were privileged to experience. Thank you all for the wonderful holiday on the Glen Massan. When we first heard of the Majestic Line we were very impressed by the concept and have loved the whole experience. The boat was extremely comfortable, the food was out of this world, the wild life was very obliging, the scenery was amazing and even the weather was kind to us. Places we wouldn't have seen or even found had we been shore based. Martin and his crew were fountains of interesting local information. Faultless hospitality, we were treated as good friends, honoured guests. The food was excellent, varied and beautifully prepared / served. Thanks to Chef Stephen for more than adequate attention to my gluten-free needs. And everything was done with good humour and we were made to feel very special.Wonderful to be whisked ashore in the tender, made us feel like real experienced travellers.
