Isle of Skye and the Inner Hebrides

Brynley & Wendy

We had a great time on The Glen Massan. The food was quality, fresh and varied. The skipper had that subtle authority. The boat is so well converted, comfortable and well-appointed.

Going on land in the tender is entirely voluntary and flexible, providing an extra level of interest and sometimes a minor thrill.

We enjoyed looking at the magical littoral oak forests through binoculars, wildlife, waterfalls, mountains, glens, villages, mega-quarries!

Hard to think of any way it could be improved. As far as the external visitor experience goes, I'd want to replace that pedestrian underpass in Fort William with a surface crossing and reform the chaotic departure arrangements at Oban train station.
