THE STAFF & CREW

The Edinburgh Office in Melville Terrace is responsible for marketing and is the main point of communication with our guests.  Our aim is to ensure that all our customers get the best possible care while arranging their holiday with The Majestic Line. Our Cruise Coordinator is Marie Thoms who is always happy to help you with any additional advice or information you may need.

The office in Sandbank on the Holy Loch, near Dunoon, is responsible for cruise operations. Our Shore Manager, Andrew Manwell will ensure that your stay on board is as perfect as it can be.

Each vessel has four on-board crew; Skipper, Chef, Engineer and Bosun. The crew communicate closely with our guests for their comfort and enjoyment while on board and to get the best from onshore activities.  Without doubt, the high standard of hospitality demonstrated by our crews is a major factor in the positive feedback from our guests and our high level of repeat business.
