Loch Ness and the Caledonian Canal
We thank you for a great holiday. Great for scenery, activities, food, etc. etc. Let us, however, add to the 'general remarks' after a great holiday. A holiday becomes fantastic when the crew, cook, singer, cleaner, lock-mate, waiter, entertainer, engineer, captain, etc. etc. have the natural ability to make you feel welcome and not because you're a client but because they like people and they like what they're doing. The crew of the Glen Massan, every single one of them, are professionals (some still learning but keen to do so!) who, even on the last but one week of the holiday season, take pride in doing their job right, every time again. Also and last but not least, we have to thank the 'back office'. You were not on board but the painstakingly detailed preparation and the extra checks before you go on board, makes you feel welcome and cared for. So....we had a fantastic holiday, thank you.
